Who do I make my rental payments to?
|
|
Rental payments are due on or before the first of each month and considered late after the 5th day of each month. Your rental payment should be mailed to:

What are the building hours?
|
|
The building is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except legal Holidays, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

How do I place a work request?
|
1000 Broadway is a full service office building. This means that we provide cleaning services within the suites, change lights & cut keys on behalf of our tenants.
Work requests can be placed by calling our Management Office, 510-839-7651, during normal business hours or online through the Tenant Portal of this site at anytime, day or night.

I have a vendor coming to the building. What is the procedure?
|
You will need to contact the management office to confirm that your vendor has the proper insurance on file. The Management will e-mail the insurance requirements if needed.
Once the insurance is on file, you will need to submit a Vendor Access Form to the Building Management. After the vendor insurance and access form are submitted to the Management Office, Security will be notified and your vendor will be allowed on site.
